Michael Fourte is a military commander, attorney, and entrepreneur whose career spans national defense, law, real estate, and education. With more than two decades of leadership experience in complex operational environments, Michael Fourte has built a reputation for disciplined execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to integrate people, systems, and institutions to achieve results.
Early in his naval career, Michael Fourte served as an information systems officer and Tomahawk Strike officer aboard the USS Hue City, followed by an assignment to Destroyer Squadron 50 in Bahrain after the USS Cole attack. There, he played an important role in multinational maritime security operations enforcing United Nations sanctions and later supported the planning and execution of 99 Tomahawk cruise missile strikes during Operation Enduring Freedom.
Mr. Fourte also pursued a legal career grounded in business and real estate law. Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the Armed Forces Court of Appeals, he has appeared in more than 100 matters before courts, tax tribunals, zoning boards, and administrative bodies. As managing attorney, he leads a legal practice specializing in real estate, construction litigation, land use, property tax appeals, landlord-tenant law, and regulatory compliance.
